How We Work
Bell Bird Control delivers guaranteed, humane bird-exclusion solutions with the quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving you expect from our parent company, Bell Environmental Services. As bird specialists for institutions, businesses, and contractors, we use integrated pest management with a focus on mechanical, non-chemical methods that align with ESG, LEED, Green Building, WELL, and Fitwel goals. Our systems protect properties across the New York Metro, New England, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
-
We specialize in integrated pest management (IPM) for birds, prioritizing mechanical, non-chemical solutions to solve pest problems without harming birds. Our team collaborates closely with clients to meet ESG, LEED, Green Building, WELL, and Fitwel goals while delivering guaranteed results. This approach ensures long-term prevention, clean aesthetics, and compliance with sustainability standards.
-
Bell Bird Control professionally engineers and installs netting, electric track deterrents, post-and-wire, spikes, grids, and other custom exclusion systems. These solutions are tailored for businesses, institutions, and landmarks across the New York Metro area, New England, and the Mid-Atlantic. Our work blends into building envelopes to preserve appearances while protecting facades, ledges, and substrates from deterioration and disease risks.
-
Bird exclusion preserves property values and prevents corrosion and staining from droppings, nests, and roosting. It reduces safety risks, lowers ongoing cleaning costs, and safeguards residents, employees, and the public from bird-borne diseases. The result is a cleaner, safer building that maintains its intended look.
-
Our systems can be specified in architects' plans and incorporated into initial construction to prevent problems before they start. We also retrofit existing buildings after issues arise, designing permanent, non-intrusive solutions. Whether new or existing, we coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and maximize protection.
